KidVideoChair.com is run by a team of professionals with a wide range of experience with children and children's products.
Our team is lead by Alisa Clark-Sloboda, a state certified educator with a master's degree in reading education. Alisa has over 10 years experience teaching elementary aged children, helping children with learning disabilities and implementing district-wide reading curriculum.
Alisa handles many of our customer service calls directly, especially calls for information about our child learning products, as she is passionate about helping kids.
Rene' Campbell teamed up with Alisa from day one. Rene' has brought joy to children through her art education efforts. Having three children of her own, Rene' is instrumental in testing our products to make sure they are perfect for kids.
Rene' wears many hats for us. She uses her artistic talents by supplying us with custom graphics for our web sites. She has become our resident shipping guru, and she's widely known as our biggest customer advocate, making sure that the customer is really "always right."
Kevin Kalich joined the operation in 2004. Kevin is a certified educator with a degree from Dartmouth University. Kevin manages all of our warehousing and procurement needs. When not teaching Kevin can be found coaching numerous sports, or playing them himself. His 3-pointer needs some work, but he's got some great moves around the rim.
Craig Clark is our resident technical expert. Craig has over 10 years experience developing web sites. His first web site, www.mcmillenandhusband.com, built in 1995, is still going strong today. Craig is married to our leader and Alisa really cracks the whip when she needs a change that will help our customers.
Craig handles all of our web sites. Please let him know if you run across any technical glitches.
And most importantly, our customers. By providing us with feedback through phone conversations, surveys and email, our customers have helped us to finely tune our offerings to their needs. If you've got a suggestion for us, please, let us know.
